Our Story
SharyX was founded in 2023 with a simple observation: businesses were struggling to scale their phone operations while maintaining quality and personal touch. Traditional call centers were expensive, and existing automation solutions sounded robotic.
Our founders, with decades of combined experience in AI, NLP, and voice technology, set out to create something different. We built an AI that doesn't just understand words – it understands context, emotion, and culture.
Today, SharyX serves businesses across India, UAE, and Malaysia. Our AI voice agents handle 2–3 lakh minutes of calls every month in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, English and other languages, helping businesses connect with their customers in the language they're most comfortable with.
